You can try the sakeba (not izakaya) in Japan and you can try the sake you want and hear the professional description of the sake. It was also nice to meet locals and have a pleasant conversation.

Great way to go to local sake bars you would not be able to go to the n your own without speaking Japanese or even find without a local. The two bars we visited were full of very friendly locals who were eager to make me feel welcomed. The bar owner so as well. I had a good time and met some nice people!
