Amazing experience alone with the zen master. He share his love for zen , guided a simple zen
meditacion and prepared traditional matcha tea with a delicious homemade pastry. Meanwhile
explained the exercise of calligraphy I began to learn. Very very recommended !!!

Join this 1.5-hour relaxing zen session and find peace of mind.
You can experience Zazen (sitting) meditation and try out simple Sutra recitation at a serene temple surrounded by nature.
This is a perfect opportunity for you to break away from the hustle and bustle of the city and see the peaceful side of Tokyo, where you can appreciating the beauty of Japanese culture to the fullest.

It's time to meditate.
Close your eyes and focus your mind as you count your breaths.
I'll teach you the proper posture, breathing technique, and how to effectively relax your body, so you can try it on your own at home.
Normally Zazen is practiced in the Seiza position (formal sitting position in Japan), but if you are not comfortable sitting on the heels, don't hesitate to ask for a stool.
